I’m 5’11 (maybe even 5’10). I am 17 years old and I run 5 miles everyday. I weight 137lbs.
I’ve been on diet (1500-18000 calories a day) and taking some pills that will lose me some man boobs. The pill is called gynexin and they are claimed to made of only natural herbs, green tea extract, etc…They have caffeine in it too.
Will I be able to grow maybe another 1-2 inches?
I moved recently and some of my patio conatiners have perennials that need more light that they will get naturally. Will putting a grow light on them help or are they doomed to grow leggy and die? Mostly viola/violet, and astilbe and some herbs. Any suggestions on buying a grow light, strength etc?

I want to grow a garden that provides most or all of my food. I have limited space 66ft x 66ft (1/10 acre). So I’d like to grow the most nutritious plants.
Does anyone know where to find a chart with nutritional values of all food plants? (vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, fungi)
I’m looking for food plants that are highly nutritious, low maintenance, disease resistant and have a high yield.
I live in zone 10, but I also need to know about plants that are in zone 8.
Maybe you can suggest some food plants.
Thanks

I have a balcony that I plan on growing herbs on. I have a couple ceramic pots and am rummaging for a few more. I do cook a bit and plan to grow chives, cilantro and basil for sure. Does anyone have any tips for growing herbs or any suggestions for other herbs that I could grow??

As far as looks, not smell wise. Is there anything that looks similar to a marijuana plant, but isnt? I’ve tried googling it, without any luck. I need to make sure my neighbor isnt growing ‘herbs’ Thanks

I have an area that I am starting up as a vege garden, but am having trouble due to it drying out and stunting the plants
I water as much as i can and even use a deep root waterer, but unless I do it every day, the plants start to shrivel.
The garden is mulched, soil is poor(quite sandy). I have introduced some compost and manure and the organic material has nearly gone already.
What are some vegetables herbs or other edible/useful plants that I could grow?

I was wondering what flowers are edible by humans. I was talking to a friend of mine about this the other day. I am thinking about starting an edible flower garden and I can’t remember what flowers are edible.
So here are my questions
1. What flowers are edible?
2. What edible flowers will grow in South Louisiana?
3. Do I treat the edible flower garden like I would my vegetable garden, fruit garden, herb garden, trees, or regular flower beds?
4. What are the advantages to the edible flower gardens vs buying the flowers for eating?
