   It depends what country you’re taking the herbs into. You should check their qurantine laws or look it up on the internet.

   I wouldn’t think so – most countries are getting tighter on bio and agricultural imports as they might carry bugs. Def check the quarantine laws, but I don’t think you’ll find you’re able to carry fresh cut herbs.
