1) Mr. and Mrs. Leblanc, I believe I have found a suitable apartment in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris, located near the Louvre. It has 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an area of 753 square feet. The kitchen is across from the dining room, which is connected to the living room. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. I suggest using warm colors for the living room, with some silver or white accents.
2)Start at/from the Luxembourg Gardens. Turn left. Continue straight, and turn right on Maxime Boulevard. Keep going straight until you get to Delacour Street. The building is on the left.

Any sites that offer such a thing? I want to have a kitchen garden year round plus maybe a table and chairs in there for dining in the winter. I would like it to look like a 4 season room but be practical as well. I’m looking for something large like 1,500 square feet. Has anyone ever put a BBQ or fireplace in one?
