I found a small plant today near Palos Verdes (Southern California) in a loose, rocky cliff canyon next to the ocean. The plant is green, succulent, and the entire plant and stems are covered in tiny pearl-like water-filled sacs/globes. They look like jewels. The stems terminate into a small reddish looking berry/bud. Any ideas?
