What Aerogarden seed kit to grow next?

For the past 5 months I’ve been killing it with the Gourmet Herb Kit (Cilantro, Chives, Italian Basil, Red Basil, Dill, Mint, Parsley) with my Aerogarden. But now it’s time for a new kit. These are my options:

1) Cascading Petunias – Who doesn’t love pretty flowers?
2) Salsa Garden – Cherry Tomatoes & Jalapeno Peppers
3) Gourmet Herb (same as last time) – it was a decent kit
4) Salad Greens – 7 varieties of green leaf lettuce
5) Romaine Kit – 4 red and 3 green romaine varieties
6) International Basil – Lemon, Thai, Napolitano, French, Italian, Globe, and red basil
7) French Herb – Chervil, Sorrel, French Basil, Parsley, Sage, Savory, chives 8) Italian Herb – Genovese Basil, Mint, Savory, Parsley, Thyme, Oregano
9) Japanese Herb – Mitsuba, red Shiso, Green Shiso, Nira, Chives, Cress, Shungiku

What would you recommend? Thanks.

Growing Herbs?

I like to cook and I want to get herbs like sage, rosemary, thyme, and mint. I live in southern Wisconsin and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to keep them alive. My gardening track record isn’t so good! Most plants I put outside die (besides tulips). I am thinking of keeping them in pots somewhere, but if for some reason that is a bad idea I do have a backyard that is extremely rocky; most of it gets full, scorching sun all day but a few small parts are shaded. Thanks.

Ground Cover?

We have a plant that is growing it spreads and is low to the ground. It has small purple flowers and smells like mint. but it isnt mint. the cats love to lay in it.

What do you do with herbs like rosemary, mint, lavender other than cooking, or making teas?

I have a big garden that grow beautiful rosemary, lavender, oregano, thyme, and mint. I use them for cooking and tea, but of course only a small amount is consumed compared what was grown in the garden. Any suggestions? If you have recipies of making herbal soaps, shampoo, or some kind of natural toner, that will be great! Thanks!

How can I grow herbs for tea in my own house?

All I want to do is get a hold of some of the seeds you need for some nice caffene free herbal teas like cammomile or mint or fennel sead and grow them in my laundry room so I can mix some of my own blends.

As the summer ends, what will happen to my herb garden? What can I do to make sure they come back?

I grew mint, basil and rosemary on my window sill for the first time this summer. What can I expect to happen to them as the weather turns? Will they come back next summer? Do I have to do anything to the plants or soil to make this happen?
