square foot gardening in a northern climate

Square foot gardening in a northern climate. Taking over what used to be parking for 3 cars, then the backyard was grass and 3 raised beds. Now it is 6 raised beds and a crop of crabapples, sour cherries, raspberries, blueberries, honeyberries, saskatoons, sage, tarragon, mint, thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil, beans, peas, 3 types of tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, leeks, kale, beets, corn, spinach, lettuce, potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, and we’re trying out eggplant this year as well.
